No. 58-05 <br /> PLACF,: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 10:18 a.m. <br /> Council Chair Safarik and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 58-05, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 58-05, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communicatio? <br /> No. 146, dated March 2, 2005, creates an Architectural Drafting Technician I position for the <br /> department of parks and recreation. <br /> The need for drafting services for the department of parks and recreation has grown <br /> <br /> tremendously due to the continued aging and deterioration of its sites and facilities. The <br /> department of public works performed this service in the past, but recently has not been able to <br /> provide assistance.
