Charges Account <br /> Thank you for your memo dated September 17, 1997. We just <br /> received the final copy of the Lease Agreement from <br /> Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estate. However, we have not <br /> received the tri-party Memorandum of Agreement from the <br /> State Attorney General's Office. Mr. Fred Gianini of the <br /> Corporation Counsel advised us to defer signing of the Lease <br /> Agreement until the tri-party Memorandum of Agreement is <br /> finalized so that both documents could be signed by the <br /> Mayor at the same time.
