Murashige, Laura
From: Aaron Stene [aaronms@verizon.net]
Sent: Sunday, April 17, 2005 2:18 PM
To: stacyhiga@aol.com
Cc: Higa, Stacy
Subject: Bills 78,79,80
Aloha, ~
;
I urge you support bills 78,79,80. Bill _
80 would help end the loophole that got us
into the Hokulia fiasco. It bears repeating
that potentially the litigation surrounding
the Hokulia mess could reach the billions
of dollars. Which every taxpayer in this
county will be effected negatively.
If these non-conforming agriculture
subdivisions are prohibited from being built
in the future. It will be great step forward
in my opinion. If hindsight was 20/20 these
non-conforming ag-zoned subdvisions should've
never been approved in the first place.
In regards to bills 78 and 79 I urge
you support these bills. It will help protect
open spaces like O'oma or the Ka'u shoreline
from un-checked over development.
Best Regards,

Aaron Stene
Comm. No. Zo 0
Ref.
