Road B and Foster Road <br /> Dear Council Members, <br /> I'd like to take this opportunity to inform the Council Members Resolution 84-OS <br /> addresses only 1 of the 2 privately owned sections of roadway needed to complete the <br /> connector road. <br /> Road parcel 7-3-0OS-101 is located between the Mastumoto road parcel TMK 7-3-00~- <br /> 111 and the County's portion of Keokeo Street. I am one of the l4 Mastumoto <br /> Subdivision lot owners with an ownership interest in road pazcel 101. Collectively 1:hc <br /> Subdivision owners have a 25% interest in this road parcel. Many of us aze concern <br /> about the County's plan to open the road without addressing our ownership interests, <br /> possible liability and safety concerns as was done on July 11, ] 996, when the original <br /> barricade was removed using an expired Construction Right of Entry Agreement obtained <br /> from an individual with no ownership interest in either of the privately owned road <br /> pazccls, no meeting as held with the azea residents to address safety concerns as <br /> specifically asked by then Chairman, Brian DeLima. <br /> It is promising that this time communication has begun with Corporation Counsel znd <br /> Public Works.
