Similarly, Resolution No. 94-05, now awaiting Council action, transfers <br /> $10,805.50 from the Clerk-Council Services Contingency Relief account to the Highway Fund so it <br /> can be used for five (5) streetlights in the Kailua Village -District 8. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating a total of <br /> $36,602 to the Streetlights OCE within the Highway Fund. <br /> For the purpose of having this appropriating bill proceed concurrently with the Council's transfer of <br /> funds resolutions, the Department of Public Works would like to request a waiver from the Finance <br /> committee and have this bill heard at the Council meeting scheduled for <br /> May 18, 2005. <br /> If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Department of Public Works. <br /> William Tak ba <br /> Director of Finance <br /> APPROVED: <br /> Harry Kim <br /> Mayor <br /> Enc. <br /> cc: Public Works Comm.
