Could part of the reason it took 13 minutes to get there have anything at all to do with the traffice <br /> congestion? <br /> 2. Then there is the part about affordable housing. <br /> Do you really think that $1,147 fora 1 BR apartment, $1,377 fora 2 BR apartment or $1,591 fora 3 BR apartment <br /> is affordable? I am paying less than $800.00 for a mortgage and it is a struggle. <br /> 3. There are not enough police now, only 6 a shift in Kona. <br /> 4. There needs to be more fire stations. <br /> 5. Where is the water coming from? <br /> 6. Who is putting in the sewage? The schools?
