~ 1~~ z
aly, ~ 1~nc.~l

September 29, 1997
Dear Commissioners,
1 am a homeowner in the current Ka'awaloa subdivision.
On August 7, 1997, prior to the Planning Review Board meeting
I voiced my concern about further extension of the existing easement
road makai of the subject Agricultural Project District to the Vice
President of Seamount, Sally Rice. She assured me that the mad would
be used only for the current subdivision (which I am part of) and the
the subject APD which would include an additional ?homes. She stated
to me that Seamount's President, Christopher Nome, would put this in
writing. My mind was put a ease, and I did not testify at the hearing.
I would now like to make sure, before final approval of this APD,
that Seamount lives up to it's promise not to use this easement road for
developments other than our Ka'awaloa subdivision and the proposed
APD.
Sincerely,
al-~OQvG I `~L.J
Barbara Allen
81-6199 Napoopoo Road
Capt.
