Now, something else that has occurred to me and some of my neighbors is that we have <br /> to pay an incredible premium to live here now with the property values at an all time <br /> high. So, I do not understand why there is a continual assault on the view from our <br /> homes. The entire coast does not need to be covered with commercial structures and <br /> their subsequent parking lot lights, signage and overall visual pollution. As I have said <br /> before, please keep commercial in the commercial azea, industrial in the industrial area <br /> and residential in the residential area. Please stop destroying the seaside town esthetics! <br /> We already get to look down on a big white mini storage facility with blue pyramids on <br /> top! <br /> One last thing. I hope that if the apartments are constructed that they would be <br /> affordable, as I would question the affordability in that location. I think maybe when it <br /> <br /> becomes unprofitable to subsidize the rent on these, they might be changed to <br /> <br /> condominiums? I am sure the developers never ever thought of that. <br /> <br />
