We remind you that <br /> a Roadway Maintenance Agreement was recorded in the Bureau of <br /> Conveyances on July 22, 199'?, as prepared by Sanford K. OkLra, <br /> which requires among other things that there was an agreement to <br /> maintain, repair and preserve the roadway lot and that an agre=_mer~ <br /> to terminate the roadway maintenance agreement will require a <br /> declaration confirming said termination signed by all parties to <br /> the Roadway Maintenance Agreement. <br /> The Roadway Maintenance Agreement further states at Para glaFn <br /> 8: "Termination. Harue Matsumoto agrees not to voluntarily <br /> dedicate the Roadway Lot to the County of Hawaii."
