BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDEDI: <br /> Funds were originally received through Ordinance 05-51 for the purpose of conducting a feasibility study for <br /> the Ho'olulu Park Complex. The study is not feasible at this time, therefore the $10,000 is available for <br /> transfer to the Capital Project Fund.
