Unfortunately, I was unable to <br /> re-schedule a prior commitment. <br /> With regard to implementing Bill 78, I think it would be most helpful if explicit criteria are <br /> used to prioritize land for funding. Criteria for prioritizing land helps to make the decision <br /> process transparent and easy to re-visit. <br /> These criteria can be decided by each district and do not need to be the same, since <br /> each district has its own needs, and certainly can be changed if it makes sense to do <br /> so.
