There is a serious need for affordable rental housing in Kailaa-Kona. Lack of <br /> inventory is driving an increase in prices. A lot of professionals in our market <br /> place cannot afford to purchase a home so, to have affordable rental housing will <br /> help to facilitate these specific needs. <br /> 2. Adding a corridor connection Mauka to Makai from Queen K, to Kuakini Hwy <br /> with the addition of traffic lights at the intersections would alleviate a lot of the <br /> current traffic problems in this area. <br /> 3.
