RE: Suffolk / Puaa Rezoning
Bills 29 thru 32
The following are a list of reasons to approve the Suffolk/Puss Rezoning project:
I . There is a serious need for affordable rental housing in Kailas-Kona. Lack of
inventory is driving an increase in prices. A lot of professionals in our market
place cannot afford to purchase a home so, to have affordable rental housing will
help to facilitate these specific needs.
2. Adding a corridor connection Mauka to Makai from Queen K. to Kuakini Hwy
with the addition of traffic lights at the intersections would alleviate a lot of the
current traffic problems in this area
3. Building another neighborhood shopping area located conveniently between
Keahou and Kailua-Kona, would help to eliminate driving time on the highways.
par wmmunity thrives off of jobs that help to support our local economy.
Constricting a neighborhood shopping area will offer more job opportunities and
help support existing businesses.
I support the Suffolk/Puaa Rezoning and hope that it will be passed!

Bills 29 thru 32
The following are a list of reasons to approve the Suffolk/Puaa Rezoning project;
1. There is a serious need for affordable rental housing in Kailas-Kona. Lack of
inventory is driving an increase in prices. A lot of professionals in our market
place cannot afford to purchase a home so, to have affordable rental housing will
help to facilitate these specific needs.
2. Adding a corridor connection Mauka to Makai from Queen K. to Kuakini Hwy
with the addition of traffic lights at the intersections would alleviate a lot of the
current traffic problems in this area.
3. Building another neighborhood shopping area located conveniently between
Keahou and Kailaa-Kona, would help to eliminate driving time on the highways.
Our community thrives off of jobs that help to support our local economy.
Constructing a neighborhood shopping area will offer more job opportunities and
help support existing businesses.
I support the Suffolk/Puaa Rezoning and hope that it will be passed!

RE: Suffolk / Puaa Rezoning
Bills 29 thru 32
The following are a list of reasons to approve the Suffolk/Puaa Rezoning project:
1. There is a serious need for affordable rental housing in Kailas-Kona Lack of
inventory is driving an increase in prices. A lot of professionals in our market
place cannot afford to purchase a home so, to have affordable rental housing will
help to facilitate these specific needs.
2. Adding a corridor connection Mauka to Makai from Queen K. to Kualcini Hwy
with the addition of traffic lights at the intersections would alleviate a lot of the
current traffic problems in this area.
3. Building another neighborhood shopping area located conveniently between
Keahou and Kailua-Kona, would help to eliminate driving time on the highways.
Our community thrives off of jobs that help to support our local economy.
Constructing a neighborhood shopping area will offer more job opportunities and
help support existing businesses.
I support the Suffolk/Puaa Rezoning and hope that it will be passed!
