(b) "Other district" includes the following districts: <br /> (1) RM, multiple-family residential district; <br /> (2) RCX, residential commercial mixed district; <br /> (3) RA, residential and agricultural district; <br /> (4) FA, family agricultural district; <br /> (5) A, agricultural district; <br /> (6) IA, intensive agricultural district; <br /> (7) V, resort-hotel district; <br /> (8) CN, neighborhood commercial district; <br /> (9) CG, general commercial district; <br /> (10) CV, village commercial district; <br /> (11) MCX, industrial commercial mixed district; <br /> (12) ML, limited industrial district; <br /> (13) MG, general industrial district; and <br /> (14) O, open district. <br /> "Lot" means a building site or a parcel of land shown as a unit on an approved subdivision <br /> map, or a survey map. <br /> "Person" or words importing persons, for instance, "another," "others," "any," "anyone," <br /> "anybody," and the like signify not only individuals, but corporations, firms, associations, <br /> societies, communities, assemblies, inhabitants of a district, or neighborhood, or persons known <br /> or unknown, and the public generally, where it appears, from the subject matter, the sense and <br /> connection in which such words are used, that such construction is intended. <br /> "Street" means a public or private road or other access way that provides vehicular access <br /> <br /> to six or more lots. <br /> 5 <br /> <br />
