Rather than a "no parking at anytime zone", we feel that <br /> a "no parking on pavement zone" would be more appropriate as there is a small shoulder area adjacent to the <br /> 7-1 1 store, which can be used for deliveries. <br /> We request the Hawaii County Code, Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-279, Schedule 27 (Parking <br /> on pavement prohibited at all times) under (c) Hilo be amended as described in the attached drafr for an <br /> ordinance. <br /> We ask for your review and consideration for adoption of the subject amendment.
