The U.S. <br /> Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) will reimburse <br /> the County of Hawaii for consultant fees necessary to prepare a plan to provide flood <br /> protection to homes along Kaumana Drive between Chong Street and one-half mile above <br /> Wilder Road.
