Draft 4 allows the council <br /> to reject, by three-quarters vote of the its entire membership, the salaries of elected officials, the <br /> managing director, deputy managing director, department heads and deputies, which have been <br /> established by the salary commission in a resolution accompanied by findings of fact. This <br /> language is similar to that in the City and County of Honolulu's Charter. <br /> A ramseyer version showing changes from Draft 3 to Draft 4 is also provided. <br /> Att. <br /> <br />
