Smith, which contains non-substantive
formatting changes to clarify the content of the bill. In particular, Draft 2 accomplishes the
following:
1) Changes new paragraph from (n), which already exists, to (o).
2) Adds quotation marks around the affected section.
3) In new paragraph (o), changes word "till" to "until."
4) Makes other non-substantive changes relating to capitalization, etc.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 167, as amended
to Draft 2, and recommends it pass first reading.
ro
AYES NOES A&E EX Respectfully submitted,
ARAKAKi X
HILA x COMMITTEE ON FINANCE
HOFFMANN X
HOLSCHUH X
IKEDA XII
iS13ELL _ x VIRGiNIA ISBELL, CHAIR
JACOBSON x FC REPORT NO. 181
PILAGO X NOV 2
SAFARiK x ADOPTED: 2005
