Greater efficiency and equity <br /> would be achieved by allowing two officers to share the duties now done entirely by the Secretary- <br /> Treasurer. Accordingly, the attachments contain amendments: <br /> (i) That divide the duties of the Secretary-Treasurer among; the newly-created positions <br /> of Secretary and Treasurer. <br /> (2) That delete one Vice-President position in order to retain a total of four HSAC <br /> Officers, each of whom represents one county council: and. <br /> (31 That are non-substantive. <br /> Attachments <br /> ~.....v. /'a....y,, <br /> <br /> . <br /> <br />
