Ordinance No. 95 51 is amended as follows: <br />"SECTION 3. This change in district classification is conditioned upon the following. <br />A. The applicant, successors or its assigns shall he responsible for complying with all <br />of the stated conditions of approval; <br />B. Final subdivision approval for not less than 175 lots shall be secured within [#ive <br />(-3~~ ten ] 0 years from the effective date of this new amendment.
