Copyright and Patent: No summary, report, map, chart, graph, table, study <br /> or other document or discovery, invention, or development produced in whole or in part under <br /> this Agreement shall be the subject of an application for copyright or patent by or on behalf of the <br /> AWARDEE, iu officers, iu agenu, iu employers, or iu subawardees without prior written <br /> authorisation from the DIRECTOR. It is strictly understood that all finished or unfinished <br /> documenu, reports, summaries, lisu, charts, graphs, maps, or other materials prepared by the <br /> AWARDEE and all discoveries, inventions, or developmenu produced in whole or in part under <br /> this Agreement shall be the property of the STATE. <br /> 7. Regulatory Changes: The Awardee shall ensure that iu operation complies <br /> with the regulatory changes which resulted from the enactment of the Senior Community Service <br /> Employment Program, Final Rule dated May 17, 1995. <br /> 8. Futal Reports: For the purposes of this Agreement, Attachment 5, Item 3.a. <br /> is hereby revised to read: Within ten (10) days after the expiration of the time for performance, <br /> the AWARDEE shall submit to the STATE the final program progress report and summary of <br /> terminations. The final Quarterly Review Report shall be due twenty-five (25) days after the <br /> completion of this Agreement. Within twenty (20) days after the completion of this Agreement, <br /> the AWARDEE shall submit to the STATE the expenditure report for the final month of <br /> performance. Within sixty (60) days of the completion of this Agreement, the AWARDEE shall <br /> submit a completed close-out package containing the following documenu: <br /> a. Copy of Final Subcontractor's Invoice; <br /> b. Subgrantee's Release; <br /> c. Subgrantee's Assignment of Refunds, Rebates and Crediu; <br /> d. Final (Closeout) Inventory Certification: <br /> e. Bank Statement-Special Bank/Financial Account; <br /> f. List of possible claimanu for unclaimed checks cancelled or payments stopped; <br /> g. Subgrant Closeout Tax Certification; <br /> h. Representation Letter; and <br /> i. Refund checks, if applicable. <br /> 9. Assurances and Certifications: The Department of Labor and Industrial <br /> Relations will not award a grant or agreement where the Awardee has failed to accept the <br /> ASCLTRANC'FS AND ('F.RTiFiCATinNS contained in this section. In performing its <br /> responsibilities under this Award, the Awardee hereby certifies and assures that it will fully <br /> comply with the following Regulations: <br /> • 29 CFR Part 97 (Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Cooperative <br /> Agreements to State and Local Governments); <br /> 2 <br /> <br />
