The <br /> request for a Change of Zone from an Agricultural (A-1 a) to Industrial-Commercial <br /> Mixed (MCX-la) zoned district would not result in an appropriate land use pattern and <br /> would not further the public convenience, necessity and general welfare. Therefore, it is <br /> recommended that this request be denied. <br /> As required by the County Council, draft bills to amend the State Land Use Boundaries Map and <br /> Section 25-8-22 (Puna District Zone Map) of Chapter 25, Zoning Code are attached. Please note <br /> that due to the denial recommendation, there are no conditions attached to the draft bills.
