The applicant proposes to construct a dwelling on each <br /> lot, with each dwelling estimated to cost approximately $350,000. One dwelling is <br /> currently under construction. The property is located approximately eight <br /> (8) miles mauka of the shoreline at approximately the 3,400-foot elevation level and <br /> therefore, will not be impacted by coastal hazard and beach erosion. <br /> 8. Special 19~Ianageffient Area (S1VIA): The Special Management Area is a part of the <br /> Coastal Zone Management Program and regulated by the County. The property is not <br /> located within the Special Management Area.
