Section 25-8-3, Article 8, Chapter ZS (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County <br /> Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property described <br /> hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Kalaoa 1 s`-4"', North Kona, <br /> Hawaii, shall be General Industrial (MG-]Sa): <br /> PARCEL 36: <br /> Beginning at a nail in in concrete at the northwest corner of this parcel of land <br /> and on the northeast corner of Keahole Substation Site, the coordinates of said point of <br /> beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "AKAHIPUU" being <br /> 6972.44 feet South and 20,389.20 feet West, thence running by azimuths measured <br /> clockwise from True South: <br /> 1.
