Both residents and tourists are fed up with slowly being <br /> choked to death by traffic and failed promises. Additional pledges of future <br /> improvements are unacceptable. Build the roads and other required infrastructure first <br /> before any further building is allowed, not only on Alii Drive, but throughout our <br /> community. <br /> Concurrency must start someplace.
