I implore you to strongly consider the negative impact this development <br /> would have on our already over burdened infrastructure. I am not against this <br /> type development but only against it at this time in this place. <br /> You need only take the time to observe the current situation every day and <br /> evening in this corridor of Alii Drive as critical indicator of negative <br /> development impact all across our community. The benefit of providing a road <br /> between Alii Drive and Kuakini is of little to no advantage considering the <br /> additional negative impact and the near proximity of existing connectors. <br /> In short, while respecting previous agreements, I ask you to place the impact to <br /> local citizenry, their quality of life, and environmental detriment as paramount <br /> in any decision making.
