The reason for my caution is that 1 am afraid that if <br /> <br /> refused, the current zoning will be used to build a building that does no[ help with the area's needs <br /> <br /> for more parking, [ravel lanes, and improved pedestrian facilities. If approved there may be some chance for improvements <br /> in those areas, which should be investigated. The best scenario, in my mind, is to make a road and parking out of the whole <br /> <br /> parcel, if that could be arranged.
