D. Conduct Workshops and Training Sessions <br /> 1. Within ten (10) months from the date on the NTP, the <br /> CONTRACTOR shall prepare appropriate training materials <br /> incorporating fhe final Revised Erosion and Sedimentation Control <br /> Standards and Guidelines. <br /> 2. Within ten (10) months from the date on the NTP, the <br /> CONTRACTOR shall conduct two (2) training workshops for <br /> County of Hawaii employees on the final Revised Erosion and <br /> Sedimentation Control Standards and Guidelines. The <br /> CONTRACTOR shall insure that the workshops are associated with <br /> the revised Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance (Chapter <br /> 10, Hawaii County Code), as applicable and/or if appropriate. <br /> E. Reports <br /> The CONTRACTOR shall prepare and submit to the STATE one (1) copy <br /> each, unless otherwise specified, of the following written reports: <br /> 1. Quarterly status reports to the STATE on or before January 15th, <br /> April 15th, July 15th, and October 15th of each respective calendar <br /> year following issuance of the NTP. These reports shall be <br /> submitted in the format provided by the STATE, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A," and made a part of this Contract. The reports shall <br /> include the status of all project activities required under this <br /> Contract including meeting minutes and summaries that occurred in <br /> the respective quarter. With each quarterly status report, include a <br /> copy of the sign-in sheets from each event/activity and any <br /> numerical statistics available. <br /> 2. A final report describing the services performed and the benefits <br /> and outcomes performed under this Contract. Three (3) copies of <br /> the draft Final Report shall be submitted to the STATE on or before <br /> ten (10) months from the date on the STATE's NTP. The report <br /> shall be submitted in the format provided by the STATE, attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit "B," and made a part of this Contract. The STATE <br /> shall have one (1) month to review and comment on the draft final <br /> report. Comments made by the STATE shall be incorporated into <br /> the report before finalizing the document. The CONTRACTOR <br /> shall submit one (1) unbound original and five (5) bound copies of <br /> the completed Final Report to the STATE on or before twelve (12) <br /> months from the date on the STATE's NTP. <br /> <br /> ADM.
