C. Money is available to fund this Contract pursuant to: <br /> <br /> (l~ Item D-1, Act 178, 2005 HSL 445 <br /> (]denims Smie aav~rexJ <br /> Section 319 (h) of the Clean Water Act <br /> or (2) <br /> Qden(~ Federal svvrreJ <br /> or both, in the following amounts: State $ -0- <br /> Federal $ 44,000.00 <br /> Aaron S. Fujioka <br /> D. 'The agency's Chief Procurement Officer is <br /> who O has approved this procurement or ®is not required to approve this procurement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the promises coniained in this Contract, <br /> the STATE and the CONTRACTOR agree as follows: <br /> 1. Scope of Services. The CONTRACTOR shall, in a proper and satisfactory <br /> manner as determined by the STATE, provide all the goods or services set forth in Attachment I, <br /> which is hereby made a part of this Contract. <br /> 2. Compensation. The CONTRACTOR shall be compensated iri a total amount <br /> FORTY-FOUR THOUSAND AND NO/100 <br /> not to exceed <br /> DOLLARS 44,000.00 )including approved costs incurred and taxes, according to the <br /> Compensation and Payment Schedule set forth in Attachment 2, which is hereby made a part of this <br /> Contract. Liquidated Damaees.
