Section 25-8-7, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County <br /> Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property described <br /> hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Pahoa, North Kohala, <br /> Hawaii, shall be Single Family Residential (RS-7.5): <br /> Beginning at the southeast comer of this parcel of land and along the northerly <br /> side ofHawi-Niulii Road, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to <br /> Government Survey Triangulation Station "PUU-O-NALE"being 13,502.86 Feet North <br /> and 7,383.16 feet East, thence running by azimuths measured clockwise from true South: <br /> 1. 102° 52' 595.33 feet along Hawi-Niulii Road; <br /> 2. Thence along Hawi-Niulii Road on a curve to the left with a radius of 2,899.79 <br /> Feet, the chord azimuth and distance being: <br /> 101 ° 20' 18" 154.68 feet; <br /> 3. 192° 52' 580.00 feet along Lot 178, Land Court Application <br /> 1120; <br /> 4.
