The property is located between Akoni-Pule Highway <br /> (Highway 270) and Maliu Road, approximately 1,150 feet west of the Maliu Road-Akoni Pule <br /> Highway intersection, Kealahewa 1st, North Kohala, Hawaii. <br /> <br /> The Commission concurs with the following Planning Director's reasons for recommending <br /> favorable consideration of the change of zone: <br /> <br /> The applicant is requesting a Change of Zone from Agricultural 20-acre (A-20a) <br /> to Agricultural 10-acre (A-l0a) to subdivide the property into two lots that will be 10+ <br /> acres in size. The owners, Bruce Eby and the Cornelius family, reside on the property <br /> within two existing dwellings.
