The committee did not have any objections to the applicants suggested recommendation of Innovations Public Charter School. Accordingly, pursuant to the terms of the subject condition, the applicants will submit a draft of a conveyance agreement to the Council for review and approval within sixty (60) days of yesterday's committee action on this matter. During the course of this discussion, members wanted to see a copy of the pertinent rezoning ordinances and any updated site plan. Pursuant to that request, please find enclosed a copy of Ordinance Nos. OS-113 and OS-115 and a tentative location of the proposed school site. The applicants look forwazd to working with members of the Council on this important matter. The applicants, like the County and community, are anxious to see this project come to fruition sooner than later. Should you have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to contact me.
