The <br /> committee did not have any objections to the applicants suggested recommendation of <br /> Innovations Public Charter School. <br /> Accordingly, pursuant to the terms of the subject condition, the applicants will <br /> submit a draft of a conveyance agreement to the Council for review and approval <br /> within sixty (60) days of yesterday's committee action on this matter. <br /> During the course of this discussion, members wanted to see a copy of the <br /> pertinent rezoning ordinances and any updated site plan. Pursuant to that request, please <br /> find enclosed a copy of Ordinance Nos. OS-113 and OS-115 and a tentative location of the <br /> proposed school site. <br /> The applicants look forwazd to working with members of the Council on this <br /> important matter.
