No. 693Bi11 No. 230 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 4:00 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 230, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 230, transmitted by Council Member Fred C.
