No. 274-06 <br /> PLACE: Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort and Spa <br /> TIME: 10:00 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was refereed Resolution No. 274-06, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 274-06, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication No. 732, <br /> dated February 23, 2006, authorizes the Director of Finance to negotiate a lease of real property in <br /> Kawaihae, Tax Map Key (3) 6-1-03:10, I 1 and 14, to the Kawaihae Canoe Club. <br /> The Stale of Hawaii Governor's Executive Order 4042, dated April 13, 2004, set aside this property <br /> situated at Kawaihae for the County of Hawaii to use for recreational purposes.
