No. 258-06 <br /> <br /> PLACE: Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort and Spa <br /> <br /> TIME: 9:00 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred <br /> Resolution No. 258-06, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 258-06, transmitted by Assistant Corporation Counsel Gerald Takase via <br /> Communication No. 677, dated February 2, 2006, authorizes acceptance of the dedication of <br /> Real property, being a portion of Tax Map Keys (3)2-4-048:068, situate at Waiakea, in the district <br /> of South Hilo, County and State of Hawaii, from William Takaba and Cheryl Ann Takaba for <br /> future road widening purposes along the frontage of Edena Street in Hilo, Hawaii.
