COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, Hualani Park in Keaukaha needs to replace a damaged 30 year old <br /> scoreboard; and <br /> WHEREAS, during the construction of the new Hualani Park, the electrical wire to the <br /> <br /> old scoreboard was severed; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation has requested funds to purchase <br /> <br /> and install a new scoreboard for the public use. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY <br /> <br /> OF HAWAII that the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $13,000.00 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-council SVC -Contingency Relief $13,000.00 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.06 Department of Parks and Recreation $13,000.00 <br /> Recreation Division Equipment <br /> (Hualani Park Scoreboard) <br /> <br />
