MYY.or y_ <br /> y _lV „4'' <br /> Q~ . n ~Gl~ <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ..r <br /> h~0l~Nl~~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 33.°d ~ 6 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br /> A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, funds are needed to replace rusted and rotted rodeo arena panels, <br /> bucking chutes, calf chutes, and stripping chutes at the Pana`ewa Equestrian Center; and <br /> WHEREAS, $49,500 has already been appropriated to the Pana`ewa Equestrian <br /> Center, and an additional $16,500 is being requested for a total cost of $66,000 to ship the <br /> panels to the dealer in Waimea; and <br /> WHEREAS, volunteers from the Hawaii Horse Owner's Association will transport <br /> the panels to Hilo and install them at the arena; and <br /> WHEREAS, the $66,000 will only cover the cost to replace those panels that are in <br /> need of immediate replacement (approximate total cast would be $150,000); and <br /> WHEREAS, the discretionary funds from Council District 3 will be appropriated <br /> towards the Pana`ewa Equestrian Center at the request of the Department of Parks and <br /> Recreation and the Hawaii Horse Owner's Association. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII that the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set <br /> forth below: <br /> <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIA"PION: $16,500.00 <br /> OUT AND PROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $16,500.00 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.33 Department of Parks and Recreation $16,500.00 <br /> Transfer to Capital Project Fund <br /> (Repairs to Pana`ewa Equestrian Center <br /> 110.599.5591.92) <br /> <br />
