+tY Oi.y-_ <br /> ~~,i Y.l <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> h w x~'~ <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3.R.' 6 U 6 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, two recreational facilities in Council District 2, Pu`u`eo Community Center and <br /> the Hilo Armory, need additional equipment and supplies in order to continue to provide services and <br /> activities in the facilities; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Pu`u`eo Community Center needs miscellaneous equipment including, but <br /> not limited to a ping-pong table, volleyball equipment, bingo and other games; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Hilo Armory needs a public address (PA) system; and <br /> WHEREAS, the two facilities provide services and activities for residents in District 2; and <br /> WHEREAS, residents throughout the County of Hawaii frequently utilize these two <br /> recreational facilities; and <br /> WHEREAS, purchase of the equipment and supplies will enable the two facilities to provide <br /> safe and healthy activities for residents throughout the county. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY <br /> OF HAWAII that the following amount is hereby transferred and appropriated as set forth <br /> below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $2,500.00 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-CouncilSVC-Contingency Relief $2,500.00 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks & Recreation $1,200.00 <br /> Recreation Division OCE <br /> (Pu`u`eo Community Center) <br /> 010.500.5507.06 Department of Parks & Recreation $1,300.00 <br /> Recreation Division Equipment <br /> (Hilo Armory) <br /> <br />
