+tV os N,4 <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> 1tt•0~•M~+` <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 33~ 4?6 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND <br /> FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, a $15,000.00 appropriation will be used by the Department of Public Works to <br /> complete paving of Pakanu Street in Waikoloa; and <br /> WHEREAS, Pakanu Street is a County owned and maintained roadway which is currently <br /> half paved; and <br /> WHEREAS, the unpaved half of Pakanu Street has a dirt surface which is deeply rutted as a <br /> result of local traffic and rainfall; and <br /> WHEREAS, completing the paving of Pakanu Street will help to ensure the safety and <br /> welfare of Waikoloa residents who travel to and from their homes along this roadway; and <br /> WHEREAS, The County Department of Public Works has promised to complete the paving <br /> of Pakanu Street and funding is now available. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY <br /> OF HAWAII that the following amount be and is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth <br /> below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $15,000.00 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-CouncilSVC-Contingency Relief $15,000.00 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> <br /> . 010.801.5801.38 Department of Public Works $15,000.00 <br /> Transfer to Highway Fund <br /> (N/S Kohala Roads OCF, <br /> Pakanu Street Paving) <br /> <br />
