Resolution authorizing the Corporation Counsel, and his authorized <br /> representatives, to enter into agreements with the individually named <br /> parties, who were employees of the County of Hawaii at the time of the <br /> alleged incident, to represent them in the civil action entitled Thomas Young <br /> vs. County ofHarvai'i, et al., Civil No. 05-01-164K. <br /> <br /> We further request that the resolution be waived past committee meetings.
