This resolution will transfer a <br /> total of $15,000 from the Clerk-Council Services Contingency Relief account to the Transfer to <br /> Highway Fund account for the paving of Pakanu Street in District 9. <br /> <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating a total of <br /> $15,000 to the North & South Kohala Road OCE within the Highway Fund. <br /> For the purpose of having this appropriating bill proceed concurrently with the Council's transfer of <br /> funds resolution pertaining to this appropriation for District 9, the Department of Public Works would <br /> like to request a waiver from the Finance committee and have this bill heard at the Council meeting <br /> scheduled for May 2, 2006. <br /> <br /> If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Department of Public Works. <br /> <br /> <br /> 12 1 rt <br /> William Takaba <br /> Director of Finance <br /> <br /> APPROVED: <br /> <br /> <br /> QMN <br /> Harry Kim <br /> <br /> 4 Mayor <br /> Enc.
