We have the largest RSVP program in the state. We also provide work <br /> experience through the Senior Employment Program. <br /> Culture and Arts continues to run special programs such as the Cherry Blossom Festival <br /> and the Liliuokalani Festival as well as classes in art, dance and cultural pursuits. This <br /> <br /> fiscal year Culture and Arts produced the 100rh Anniversary celebration exhibit at Aupuni <br /> Center and at the King Kamehameha Hotel. <br /> <br /> We expect all of our vacant positions to be filled this year or in this coming fiscal year. <br /> Before the end of this fiscal year we will also be coming in for a budget increase to <br /> <br /> convert the Hawaii County Band and the West Hawaii Band to Civil Service status, <br /> <br /> effective July 1, 2006. <br /> <br /> That concludes our opening remarks.
