No. 292-06 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 9:04 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 292-06, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 292-06, transmitted jointly with Bill No. 252 by Director of Finance <br /> William Takaba, via Communication No. 767, dated March 20, 2006, authorizes the Office of <br /> the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the United States of America for the South Kona <br /> Watershed Irrigation Project grant. <br /> The United States Environmental Protection Agency has authorized a $347,200 grant to the <br /> Department of Research and Development for the South Kona Watershed Irrigation Project <br /> grant.
