The funding for this appropriation will come from the Clerk/Council <br /> Services Contingency Relief account (Council District 3 discretionary funds.) <br /> <br /> It is understood that two years ago, you provided $49,500 for improvements to the rodeo <br /> arena. This amount has turned out to be insufficient. An additional $16,500 is needed to <br /> purchase the material to replace rusted and rotted rodeo arena panels, bucking chutes, calf <br /> chutes, and stripping chutes.
