The funding for this appropriation will come from the Clerk/Council <br /> Services Contingency Relief account (Council District 4 discretionary funds.) <br /> <br /> It is understood that these funds will be used to complete the Ruth Oda playground, hire <br /> special consultants for turf grass and greens, and consultant services for electrical lighting at <br /> Victor Stadium.
