Thence, for the next six (6) courses following along Lot 1-A of this subdivision: <br /> 3. 292° 15' 49" 159.31 feet to a point; <br /> 4. 22° 00' 595.57 feet to a point; <br /> 5. 95° 00' 244.47 feet to a point; <br /> 6. 80° 00' 160.00 feet to a point; <br /> 7. 35° 00' 140.00 feet to a point; <br /> 8. 20° 00' 110.00 feet to a point; <br /> 9. 124° 40' 536.70 feet along the Northeasterly side of Kuakini <br /> Highway (F.A.S.P. No. S-229(1)) to the <br /> point of beginning and containing an area of <br /> 14.000 Acres. <br /> All as shown on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and by reference <br /> made a part hereof. <br /> SECTION 2. In accordance with Section 25-2-44, Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 <br /> <br /> Edition), the County Council finds the following conditions are: <br /> (1) Necessary to prevent circumstances which may be adverse to the public <br /> health, safety and welfare; or <br /> (2) Reasonably conceived to fulfill needs directly emanating from the land use <br /> proposed with respect to: <br /> (A) Protection of the public from the potentially deleterious effects of <br /> the proposed use, or <br /> (B) Fulfillment of the need for public service demands created by the <br /> proposed use. <br /> A.
