~r o• <br /> w <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> ..•'•.O..M'~' <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3"~ ~ <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> <br /> AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br /> WHEREAS, a $51,000 appropriation will be used for various public works <br /> improvements, administered by the Department of Public Works, serving the communities in <br /> Council District 5; and <br /> WHEREAS, the funding will be used to benefit the public by increasing safety <br /> conditions, including but riot limited to, improvements to County roads and highways, drainage <br /> areas and public facilities. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY <br /> OF HAWAII that the following amount be and is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth <br /> below: <br /> FiJND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $51,000.00 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $51,000.00 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.801.5801.33 Department of Public Works $51,000.00 <br /> Transfer to Capital Projects Fund - G <br /> (District 5 - Misc DPW Improvements - <br /> 110.399.5390.35) <br /> <br />
