To open this road as a <br /> private road would be a huge liability for all involved. <br /> As was stated in the council meeting this is not a good plan now, or two months from <br /> now, or two years from now. <br /> <br /> These and all other issues must be studied before there is any thought of going ahead with <br /> this rezoning. <br /> Furthermore, at the meeting on May 17`x' Mr. Carr was granted 30 days postponement to, <br /> among other issues, follow up with the Malulani Gardens residents.
