Estimated to cost Hi1u Hilu <br /> about $15M. <br /> The connector road must not go through Makalei Estates using Makalei <br /> Drive. <br /> This will require that the developer purchase additional properties <br /> north of <br /> Makalei Estates. The developer must build the entire connector road at <br /> their expense. The only thing that the County can do is to obtain funds <br /> from the developer to purchase condemnation acquired land for the road. <br /> Possible cost of $30M for the developer. <br /> The developer must build the middle road that will connect with <br /> Kaiminani <br /> Drive. It is my understanding that this road will provide access to the <br /> new <br /> land locked site for the Community College.
