In that a Community Development Plan for Kailua <br /> Kona is in the process of being formalized for <br /> presentation to County Council, 2 would ask that you <br /> either postpone action until the completion and <br /> adoption into law of the plan or at least review its <br /> preliminary recommendations. <br /> 2 A formal contract between the Developer and the <br /> University of Hawaii defining what the Developer will <br /> provide in terms of buildings and inf rastructure.Also <br /> under what terms will the campus be either leased or <br /> donated to the University. <br /> 3. A written agreement between the Developer and <br /> County detailing infrastructure including water <br /> supply, waste-water treatment facilities, sewerage, <br /> roads (connector and collector)and road compatibility <br /> with current and future development. <br /> 4. A formal plan for the East West connector road <br /> grade separated interchange with the Queen Ka'ahumanu <br /> Highway and the future airport entrance road. <br /> If the Council decides this projects can go forward <br /> all of the above must be in place before any <br /> Certificates of Occupancy are issued. <br /> Thank you again for your consideration. <br /> Comm.
